The Villas at Packer Park qualifies for a Ten Year Tax Abatement due to important new legislation passed to promote the construction of new homes within the City of Philadelphia.

For ten years after settlement on your home you will only pay a ground tax based on your unit's percentage of common area ownership. No tax on structure will be due for the first ten years.

THE ANNUAL GROUND TAX DUE TO THE CITY, DURING THE FIRST 10 YEARS OF OWNERSHIP, WILL BE APPROXIMATELY $500 ANNUALLY, SUBJECT TO ANNUAL RE-ASSESSMENT BY THE CITY.

THE TAX ABATEMENT IS TRANSFERABLE IF YOU SHOULD SELL YOUR HOME WITHIN THE FIRST TEN YEARS.
